Job Description:Jasons Security is hiring professional and dependable Security Guards for event security and site security roles across the GTA. We are looking for individuals who can maintain safety, manage crowds, and provide a strong security presence at events, residential buildings, and commercial properties.
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (mandatory)
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Professional appearance and attitude
Assets (Preferred but not required):
- Smart Serve Certification (especially for event security)
- Use of Force Certification
- First Aid & CPR Certification
Responsibilities:
- Provide security at events (crowd control, access management, guest assistance)
- Monitor and patrol assigned sites
- Control entry and exit points
- Respond to incidents and emergencies quickly
- Write detailed incident reports
- Deliver excellent customer service
