We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, service requests, complaints, and feedback. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring all interactions are properly recorded in the system
- Assess customer needs and coordinate with logistics and operations teams to provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain a strong understanding of company services and pricing to offer professional guidance
- Handle customer complaints and escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and collaborate with the team to implement enhancements
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education
- 2–3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English and French is required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
