We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our growing home building team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and site visits
- Process invoices, accounts payable, and client billing
- Maintain organized project and office records
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Assist with purchase orders and material coordination
- Provide general office and administrative support
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Experience with invoicing, bookkeeping, or QuickBooks
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Construction or home building experience is an asset
- Hindi and Punjabi speaking is a requirement
