Requirements:
- Canadian citizen with English proficiency (IELTS/PTE)
- Active Licensed Physical Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
Experience with geriatric patients preferred

Offer:
- $48–$55/hour + $10,000 sign-on bonus
- $5,000 relocation reimbursement
- TN Visa sponsorship (2 years, renewable) + EB-3 green card option
Full support with licensing, credentialing, and immigration

Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop personalized rehab plans
- Improve patient mobility and monitor progress
- Educate patients on recovery stages
- Supervise PT assistants as needed
- Maintain confidentiality, safety, and compliance
- Collaborate with the care team
