- To supervise, lead, motivate and work hands-on with a construction crew
- To manage all aspects of crew production, meeting or exceeding all required efficiencies
- Often required to complete tasks that are expected of Landscape Technician or Landscape Labourer
- Must be able to read plans and implement designs in an accurate, efficient and safe way.
- No experience in landscape construction or equipment operation is required
- Salary position available only after successful completion of first season
- Pay based on crew productivity, to be determined
