We are a long established Canadian manufacturer of premioum wetsuits serving professional, commercial, and defense clients. Our location in Central Burnaby is within walking distance of a skytrain station. Currently, we are looking for an experienced sewer to join our small, skilled manufacturing team.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Cutting, assembling, gluing and finishing wetsuits
- Sewing and installing components (using flat lock or blind stitch )
- Quality inspection and final finishing
- Working closely with a small production team
- Supporting day to day manufacturing operations
What We Are Looking For:
- Skilled industrial sewing machine operator
- Experience in manufacturing, production or assembly
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team oriented
- Comfortable working with hands and standing for extended periods
