Pinnacle International have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Live-in Building Manager. We are looking for a manager who is a motivated team player and be responsible for approximately 60 units in a luxury apartment complex.
Duties include but not limited to:
· Rent out suites
· Collect rents on time
· Responsible for performing repairs and maintenance tasks
· Performing suite inspections
· Ensure building safety and security
· Manage evictions and arbitrations
· Scheduling maintenance and repair issues and handling all aspects of emergency repairs
· Handling tenant questions and issues
· Ensure building is kept well maintained
· Perform janitorial tasks for the building’s common areas and any suites that are currently vacant. Ensure lobby is kept tidy 24/7.
· Assists Landlord with other assets in Edmonton which may include Residential and Industrial sites. Duties may be similar to those described above. Off-site travel may be required.
Qualifications:
· At least 5 years working experience as a Building Manager.
· With Valid driver’s license and ability to do site visits.
