Duties

- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight benefits and encourage purchases
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and offering personalized recommendations
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured items
- Handle cashiering duties efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures
- Keep track of inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist with stock organization
- Utilize strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure smooth store operations
Skills
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales, especially within technology or electronics sectors
- Proven ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on technical features
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
- Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels efficiently
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy retail environment
- Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining a positive shopping experience
- Experience with cashiering systems, POS devices, and inventory management software is preferred
