As we continue to expand, we’re seeking self-driven sales professionals who excel in outbound business development and who thrive in performance-based income environments.
The Role
As an Advertising Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships with local companies/brands and introducing them to our advertising solutions.
This is a client-facing role focused on outbound prospecting, designing & presenting solutions, and closing new campaigns. You’ll have flexibility in how you build your pipeline while being supported with training from a supportive team and operational structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with local business owners and decision-makers
- Educate clients on product value and visibility benefits
- Develop and present advertising proposals tailored to each client’s objectives and marketing goals
- Close new advertising agreements
- Maintain client relationships for renewals and future campaigns
- Track activity and maintain organized pipeline reporting within CRM
What You’ll Be Selling
- Advertising placements in venues (restaurants, bars/lounges, universities, public event spaces)
- Advertising placements on vehicles (ride-share, taxis, etc.)
Compensation
- Commission and performance bonuses (Note: this is a production-based compensation model, with no base salary)
- Flat commission percentage on all revenue closed
- Monthly performance-based bonus incentives
- Recurring earning potential from client renewals
- No cap on earnings
Who You Are
