Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Auto Accessories Installer and Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves installing various auto accessories and providing excellent customer service to drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and a passion for automotive enhancements. Duties
- Install a wide range of auto accessories such as canopy , tonnue cover, spoilers, floor mats, lighting, and custom parts with precision and care
- Conduct vehicle inspections to determine appropriate accessory installations
- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Assist customers in selecting accessories that enhance their vehicle’s appearance and functionality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Keep accurate records of installations, sales, and customer interactions
- Stay informed about new products, tools, and installation techniques to ensure high-quality service
- Familiar with social media marketing
Experience
- Prior mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools and power tools is highly desirable
- Experience in automotive accessories installation or related fields is a plus but not required—training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise installations
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and explaining product features
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver’s license is preferred for transporting equipment or assisting with mobile services
