**Hourly Rate:** $65 to $70 per hour

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Aid pharmacists in filling prescriptions and preparing blister packs
- Assist with packaging and labeling of pharmaceutical products
- Maintain prescription records and medication inventory
- Record keeping for pharmaceutical products
- Prioritize tasks to maintain efficient workflow
- Order, receive, and manage medication stock
- Review invoices and supply chain documents
- Keep dispensary and workspace clean and organized
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure shelf inventory is usable
**Qualifications:**
- 1–3 years of Pharmacy Assistant experience
- Familiarity with pharmacy software (e.g., Kroll, PharmaClick, Nexxsys, Fillware) is an asset; training will be provided
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Effective English communication (oral and written)
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Capable of working independently and within a team
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
