Properties and projects span British Columbia, Alberta and the Western United States. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Look after our existing customers
- Create maintenance contracts and quotations for strata buildings
- Understand and evaluate problems while identifying the appropriate solution
- Develop knowledge in mechanical systems
- Manage multiple projects concurrently with the ability to multitask
- Be available for emergency service calls
- Installs, and services commercial, industrial, and residential cooling and heating systems.
- Maintain working knowledge of the HVAC industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered (e.g., rooftop gas units, indoor heating units, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure clients continue to have a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide superior customer service while resolving client issues
- Understand and evaluate problems while identifying the appropriate solution
- Manage multiple projects concurrently with the ability to multitask
- Be available for emergency service calls
- Maintain working knowledge of the HVAC industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered (e.g., rooftop gas units, indoor heating units, etc.)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in HVAC as a Journeyman
- Refrigeration Ticket & Gas Ticket
- Post-secondary education an asset
- Trade knowledge and/or experience
- Highly developed organizational & planning skills, time management skills
- Strong written/oral communications skills
