Weekend Availability Required
We're currently looking for team members who can support our busiest shopping times.
Priority consideration will be given to applicants who are available for one or more of the following shifts:
- Saturday: 12:00pm – 8:30pm
- Saturday: 2:00pm – 8:30pm
- Saturday: 4:00pm – 8:30pm
- Sunday: 2:00pm – 6:30pm
Weekends are when many local families choose to shop and sell with us. Having a strong team available during these times helps us to continue delivering the exceptional customer experience we're known for.
Applicants with strong and consistent weekend availability will be given priority consideration.

Store Operating Hours
Monday – Saturday 8am – 8:30pm
Sundays 10am-6:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, making each interaction memorable.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in finding the perfect items for their needs.
- Support store operations, including buying, selling, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment for all.
- Embrace our "every customer, every time, no exceptions" mindset and exceed goals through genuine connections and effective communication techniques.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 40 pounds, and perform tasks typical of a retail environment.
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently, including climbing ladders and reaching for merchandise.
- Comfortable working in varied environmental conditions and noise levels commonly found in retail settings.
