Job Summary
We’re looking for passionate kitchen staff who take pride in creating meals that are comforting, familiar, nutritious and tasty.
Looking for someone that can do part time occasional. This means 1 shift a week most weeks. Must have commercial experience. Shifts are 8 hours. Ending no later than 6pm. It also means vacation coverage for full time staff. Looking for someone with a great attitude and even better cooking skills. If you have culinary school that's a bonus!

- The ability to follow pre-set menus and can execute with ease cooking for a large group of people.

- Someone is reliable, punctual and has a positive attitude. Experience working with food is required.
- Time management, able to multitask, ensure that the work environment is clean, mature and responsible, able to follow kitchen procedures and keep the kitchen clean and organized
- WHMIS or willing to do online training.
- Food Safety Handling Certificate.
Responsibilities:
· Warming pre-cooked food, preparing salads and veggie trays as per stated menu.
· Set food out buffet style for clients anywhere from 15 – 25 people for lunch and dinner.
· Clean up after each meal in the kitchen and small dining room.
· Maintain a clean kitchen and serving area.
