Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
- Diagnose drivability, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, engine, transmission, and electrical concerns
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Accurately document inspections, findings, and repair recommendations
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Assist in mentoring apprentices and junior technicians when appropriate
Qualifications
- Licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician
- Valid Ontario Driver's License
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with electrical diagnostics considered a strong asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality repairs
- Desire to continue learning and growing within the industry
