Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices to enhance results.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and provide excellent customer service throughout each session.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and hygiene protocols.
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements to maintain licensure.
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and health conditions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client concerns professionally.
- Ability to create a welcoming environment that fosters trust and relaxation for clients.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; ongoing training will be provided if needed.

Pay: $80.00-$95.00 per hour
