Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers in multiple languages as needed
- Assist customers with product selection, providing expert advice on merchandise, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and related accessories
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring smooth checkout experiences
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive shopping environment
- Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while meeting customer needs
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Manage time efficiently to balance customer interactions, product demos, and store responsibilities while adhering to store policies
Skills
- Multilingual proficiency with fluency in English and additional languages preferred for effective communication with diverse customers
- Strong background in technology sales, including experience demonstrating electronic devices or POS systems
- Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette that fosters trust and rapport with customers
- Proven technical sales experience with the ability to explain complex features clearly and confidently
- Retail sales experience with a focus on merchandising, cashiering, and upselling techniques
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash registers
- Customer service orientation with organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform basic cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing payments seamlessly
- Strong time management skills to ensure all responsibilities are completed promptly in a fast-paced environment
