We're The Pines Endodontics — a brand new specialty practice opening in SW Calgary — and we're looking for the right person to grow with us from day one.

If you're an RDA who loves being organized, takes pride in a well-run clinic, and genuinely cares about the patient experience, this might be exactly what you've been looking for.
In this role, you'll be chairside for endodontic procedures, helping create smooth clinical flow, managing sterilization and operatory prep, and supporting inventory and day-to-day operations.
But the bigger opportunity is this: because we're starting fresh, you'll have a real voice in how things are built. The systems. The culture. The patient experience. Opportunities like that don't come around often.
Endodontic experience is an asset, but it's not everything. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a leadership mindset, and the kind of organized, proactive energy that helps a team thrive. Personality matters just as much as experience here.
We're starting at 3–4 days per week while we get up and running, with flexibility during the early months and room to grow as the practice grows.

Pay: $28.00-$36.00 per hour
Experience:
- Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
