About Us
Green2Pack is a Quebec-based manufacturer specializing in eco-friendly packaging solutions, serving clients across Canada and the U.S. We are expanding our team and seeking a Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our sales and marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Regularly update and post engaging content to promote our products and brand.
- Assist the sales team in building and managing potential client lists.
- Support sales operations, including order follow-up, responding to client inquiries, and coordinating after-sales service.
- Create marketing posters and promotional materials using Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
- Maintain and update the company website (WordPress).
- Prepare and send marketing emails to customer lists.
Qualifications
- Bilingual: English & French (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with WordPress website management.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or marketing is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
