We are seeking a full time Receptionist to join our team. We offer a benefit package, and ability to grow.
Responsibilities
- Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors accordingly.
- General Office Administration.
- Good verbal and written communication skills must be able to multitask.
- Extremely organized, take pride in work, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks with attention to detail.
- Direct phone calls to the proper person in the organization.
- Preparing and coordinating Shipping & Receiving documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years Receptionist | Administrative experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite ie. Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingualism an asset (English/French)
- Own transportation
