Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various types of equipment as needed. Candidates with experience in commercial driving, forklift operation, or heavy equipment operation will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment when necessary
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance
- Maintain proper documentation for deliveries and pickups
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status or issues
- Assist with the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment or commercial vehicles as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Posses your own vehicle ( sedan, SUV, Minivan, or Van)
Pay: $900.00-$1,500.00 per week
Work Location: On the road
