The Department of Music is seeking Student Stage Crew to assist with the set-up of department equipment (chairs, music stands, and percussion instruments) when rented by external organizations for concerts and events taking place in the Performing Arts Centre.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set-up and tear-down of department equipment for rehearsals and concerts

This student will receive a list of equipment from the department chair, and consult with the external client for instructions on the arrangement of the equipment
QUALIFICATIONS:

Preference will be given to senior UPEI student enrolled in the Music Department

Preference will be given to percussion majors or Music Ed students who have taken Percussion Techniques

Must be able to move music equipment safely and effectively

Familiarity with band set-up would be an asset
Priority will be given to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and the Procedures manual.
