We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Orders & Fulfillment Coordinator to manage incoming customer orders from start to finish. This role is key to ensuring accurate order entry, clear communication with customers, and smooth coordination between sales, production, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers by phone, email, or text to take and confirm orders
- Enter orders accurately into the system and prepare invoices
- Pick and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery
- Handle all order-related correspondence, including changes, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding order details, timeline, and special request
- Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and ready on schedule
- Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and communications
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, invoicing systems, POS, or order-entry software
- Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or administrative roles is an asset
