Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team at Donaleighs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent cooking skills, and experience in a fast-paced food service environment. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to creating delicious dishes while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results
- Follow sanitation procedures and uphold health standards at all times
- Support meal presentation and garnishing for visual appeal
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of food handling and hygiene standards
- Excellent serving skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and meal preparation processes
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Experience:
- Line Cook: 3 years (required)
