Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, including processing orders and handling cash transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations, including checking IDs and monitoring consumption levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as necessary.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality while maintaining a positive work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.

Pay: $17.20-$17.60 per hour
