This role focuses on direct customer interaction within retail environments and live promotional events, helping drive brand awareness and sales growth through face-to-face engagement.

The Customer Engagement and Sales Assistant plays a key role in delivering engaging in-store and event-based experiences. Working at promotional stands, retail activations, and community events, this position involves speaking directly with customers, introducing products and services, and guiding them through available offers.

What You’ll Do
- Engage customers directly in retail stores and promotional event locations, creating welcoming and informative interactions
- Introduce products and services clearly and confidently, explaining key benefits and features
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions through consultative conversations
- Support promotional campaign setup, including display organization and branding standards
- Maintain a professional and approachable presence while representing campaigns
- Work toward daily and weekly sales objectives within a performance-driven team environment
- Track customer interactions and sales activity accurately
- Participate in ongoing training to strengthen communication, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve campaign performance and customer experience
