We are seeking a friendly and energetic Ice Cream Server to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of ice cream and shave ice treats, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections
- Prepare and serve ice cream and shave ice
- Operate POS systems
- Manage customer transactions accurately using basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas and dining spaces
- Restock supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
