About the Role
We're hiring a robust, hands-on Sales Operations Manager to own the performance of our offshore cold calling teams. This is a high-ownership role: you'll be fully accountable for monitoring, mentoring, and training agents, driving productivity and revenue, and giving leadership a clear, data-backed view of what's happening on the floor every single day. You'll be the operational backbone connecting front-line agents, our HubSpot CRM team, and senior leadership.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership & People Management
- Directly monitor, mentor, train, and develop offshore cold calling agents
- Run daily stand-up meetings to align the team on priorities and targets
- Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-ones with each agent
- Ensure every team member is engaged and productive throughout their working day
- Build a positive, accountable, high-performance culture across a distributed team
Performance, Productivity & Revenue
- Optimise calling numbers and overall team output against agreed targets
- Own and consistently achieve team KPIs (call volume, connect rate, conversions)
- Identify productivity gaps and implement coaching or process changes to close them
- Drive more business and revenue from the outbound function
CRM & Reporting
- Work closely with the CRM team to understand data gaps and workflow issues in HubSpot
- Keep lead and deal data accurate, current, and acted upon
- Build and maintain robust dashboards on team performance
- Present clear, accurate updates to senior leadership and translate numbers into action
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing outbound / cold calling or BPO sales teams, ideally offshore or distributed
- Strong people-leadership skills — coaching, mentoring, and holding a team accountable
- Highly data-driven, comfortable owning KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, able to present confidently to leadership
- A self-starter who can drive productivity and growth with minimal oversight
