Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Setup & Installation
- Load and unload decor, furniture, staging, floral installations, candle walls, drapery, and rental items
- Execute event setups according to floorplans, renderings, and design instructions
- Install stages, entrances, backdrops, dance floors, ceiling treatments, lounge setups, tablescapes, and specialty decor
- Ensure all setups are completed on time and meet company quality standards
- Work closely with designers, production leads, and venue coordinators onsite
Logistics & Warehouse Operations
- Prepare inventory and event materials before load-out
- Organize trucks efficiently for deliveries and pickups
- Track rental items during setup and teardown
- Ensure all items are packed safely and returned to the warehouse properly after events
- Assist with warehouse organization, inventory maintenance, and equipment storage
Event Teardown
- Safely dismantle decor installations and event structures
- Pack all inventory carefully to avoid damages
- Ensure venues are left clean and according to venue requirements
- Coordinate return logistics and unloading at the warehouse
Team & Operational Support
- Communicate effectively with team members during installations
- Follow setup timelines and operational checklists
- Maintain professionalism while working at luxury venues and client events
- Assist with problem-solving onsite when adjustments are required
Requirements
- Previous experience in event setup, logistics, moving, staging, or warehouse operations is an asset
- Ability to lift and move heavy decor and equipment
- Comfortable working long hours, late nights, weekends, and holidays during event season
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Experience driving cargo vans or trucks is an asset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced event environments

- Experience with luxury wedding or event setups is a bonus
- Basic knowledge of tools, staging, drapery, or production installations is helpful
Position Details
- Part-time / Seasonal positions available
- Flexible scheduling based on event calendar
- Primarily evenings and weekends
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
