Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various technical tools and software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects within construction, and system design environments, contributing to the maintenance, development and fine tuning of HVAC systems across multiple sectors.
Must have at least one year of experience in each of the following tasks,
- Interpret traditional and computer-aided design (CAD) engineering blueprints, drawings, and specifications for various applications including machinery, components and HVAC systems.
- Create project schedules, and compile reports.
- Perform tests and analyses on machinery and components to evaluate performance and other characteristics.
- Conduct inspections of mechanical installations, to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Provide supervision, monitoring, and inspection services for mechanical installations on construction projects.
- Prepare schedules and relay to clients, mechanical maintenance programs and operational requirements of mechanical systems.
- Assist in the creation of both traditional and CAD engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Execute a limited scope of mechanical tests and analyses on machinery, components, and materials.
- Support inspections of mechanical installations on construction projects.
- Participate in the validation of the installation, and maintenance of HVAC machinery and equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
