Scotian Heat Pumps is one of Nova Scotia's fastest-growing residential HVAC companies, and we're hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our door-to-door appointment setting team.
Your role is to introduce homeowners to the benefits of energy-efficient heat pumps, answer basic questions, and schedule a free in-home consultation with one of our HVAC Advisors.
If you enjoy being outdoors, talking with people, and earning extra income based on your performance, this is an excellent opportunity to build valuable communication skills while working with a growing company.
What You'll Do
- Visit assigned residential neighborhoods throughout Nova Scotia
- Speak with homeowners about heat pump systems and available government rebates
- Schedule free in-home consultations for our HVAC Advisors
- Accurately record appointments using our system
- Represent Scotian Heat Pumps with professionalism and a positive attitude

What We're Looking For
- Friendly and confident communicator
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods
- Customer service, retail, fundraising, or door-to-door experience is an asset, but not required—we provide full training
