Located along PEI’s stunning north shore, Rodd Crowbush Golf & Beach Resort is seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Restaurant and Conference Services operations.
This leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about guest service, team development, and delivering exceptional dining and event experiences in a resort environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support daily restaurant and banquet operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate Food & Beverage team members including supervisors, captains, servers, and banquet staff
- Participate in recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of associates
- Foster open communication while providing guidance, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Prepare and manage restaurant and banquet staff schedules
- Oversee banquet event execution, including room set-up, service standards, and food & beverage presentation
- Work closely with the Front-of-House team and Kitchen team to review Banquet Event Orders and ensure successful event delivery
- Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of all restaurant and banquet areas and equipment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service procedures
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Previous leadership experience in food & beverage or hospitality management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
