Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Health Care Aide to join our team at Ohana Care Health Services. In this role, you will provide essential in-home support and assistance to clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your contributions will be vital in helping individuals maintain their independence while receiving the care they need.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients' health status.
- Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
- Conduct light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean living environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
Requirements
- Health Care Aide Certificate, or relevant education
- Registered with the provincial HCA Directory
- Minimum of 1 years' experience working with seniors.
- Valid Criminal Record Check (within the last 6 months).
- CPR/BLS Certificate.
- Valid Drivers License and vehicle would be considered an asset (pay incentive provided)

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
