We are seeking a motivated and skilled Equipment Operator to join our dynamic landscaping team. Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers and excavators with precision and safety.
- Assist in site preparation, grading, excavation, material handling, and transportation tasks to support ongoing construction activities.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment before and after use to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, maintenance records, and operational reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating construction equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues on various types of equipment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and construction sites.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and efficiency.
