ABOUT THE ROLE
Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for managing and developing an existing group of higher volume targeted accounts – as well as prospecting for new business opportunities within their designated geography. The candidate will manage a sales territory within the Greater Ottawa Area.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Salary: $79,900-108,000 depending on experience
Bonus potential available
Monday - Friday standard business hours 9am-5pm
Location and Working Environment
Remote - Greater Ottawa Area
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Show up on time every day, ready to work with a positive attitude.

Develop and grow S&S market share with a targeted group of accounts in a designated geography.

Position S&S Activewear’s premium brand products with key customer programs.

Analyze customer profile data to identify business development opportunities

Identify key customer needs and business objectives and align them with S&S products and services.

Prepare, plan and deliver targeted and instructive product presentations.

Efficiently and effectively manage daily communication flow with customers and internal team members.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High School Diploma
-
5 years professional experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

Strong customer focus and relationship building skills

Daily local travel with periodic overnight travel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong presentation skills

Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to recognize opportunities through review of customer profile data
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Two plus years of B2B Outside Sales experience
