-Sets up and operates CNC Mills with Fanuc Controllers with tight tolerances.
-Completes assigned tasks in a timely fashion.
-Able to communicate and work cooperatively with fellow employees and management.
-Read drawing to create correct dimensions and tolerance of finished work piece.
- Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut
-Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls as required
-Verifies finished work piece conforms to all tolerances and dimensions required.
-Communicates with others to resolve machining problems.
-Basic understanding and knowledge of Solidworks, Fusion 360 and Mastercam.
-Ability to load, operate and adjust programs on 3-axis CNC milling machines
