Alchemy Landscape is seeking a reliable and experienced Supervisor to join our team. There is room to grow and we want an ambitious employee looking for long term work.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all work performed meets the highest quality standards in compliance with job plans and specifications
- Responsible for ensuring that customer needs are being met, maintaining quality control and achieving production targets as well as maintaining a safe work environment
- Complete daily job site journals
- Keep company vehicles and equipment clean
- Experience operating the following equipment (zero turn walker, trimmer, mower, edgers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmer) and use hand tools
- Experience driving a truck and trailer
- Valid Class 5 drivers license
- Work long hours and weekends
- Works well with others and is a good team leader
- Train crew members in the proper methods for performing their job duties.
- Winter/Snow contracts are 24/7 on call
- Non Snow weeks- minimum hours required, salary paid
- Can work in a fast pace environment
- Willing to put in some construction days if needed
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years experience in landscape maintenance foreman position
- Clean 3 year drivers abstract
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 44.0 per week
