Warehouse Manager

MCL Sustainable Cleaning Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operation and continue building a culture centered on safety, accountability, operational excellence, and customer service.
This role is responsible for the overall performance of our distribution operation, ensuring products move safely, accurately, and efficiently from receiving through delivery. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Warehouse Manager leads warehouse supervisors and associates while partnering closely with Customer Service, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, and Logistics to support company growth.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys improving processes, developing people, solving operational challenges, and making data-driven decisions.
What You'll Be Responsible For
· Leading all warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
· Developing and coaching Warehouse Supervisors and Warehouse Associates
· Creating a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
· Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting and process discipline
· Monitoring operational KPIs and implementing corrective actions
· Managing warehouse staffing, scheduling, labour planning, and productivity
· Ensuring compliance with OHSA, WHMIS, company policies, and internal operating procedures
· Managing warehouse equipment, preventative maintenance, and facility standards
· Collaborating with Customer Service, Purchasing, Sales, and Finance to improve customer satisfaction
· Leading operational improvement projects that reduce cost and improve efficiency

Qualifications
Required
· Minimum five years leading warehouse operations
· Minimum three years managing supervisors and warehouse teams
· Strong inventory management experience
· Experience managing warehouse KPIs
· Experience with WMS/ERP systems
· Strong leadership and coaching ability
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Experience improving warehouse processes
· Strong understanding of Ontario health and safety legislation
Preferred
· Distribution experience
· Janitorial or industrial supply experience
· Lean or Continuous Improvement experience
· Forklift certification
· First Aid certification
