Responsibilities
' Prepare and serve a variety of iced teas and beverages according to company standards.
- Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and payments.
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately.
- Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks as needed.
- Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Support team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.'
- Qualifications
' Proven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, including Micros POS.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Previous experience with food preparation is preferred.'
