Lakeside Construction is growing and looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor / Lead Hand to join our team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll run the day-to-day on-site operations while working alongside the crew. You’ll focus on building, leading, and keeping projects moving—while our project management team handles all client communication and trade coordination.
We’re looking for someone confident in framing, general construction, and finishing, who takes pride in quality work and knows how to keep a job running efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and work alongside the crew on daily construction tasks
- Oversee framing, general construction, and finishing work
- Read and interpret drawings and plans
- Coordinate directly with the Project Manager for scheduling and workflow
- Keep jobs running on time and organized
- Maintain high standards of workmanship
- Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient job site
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a construction supervisory or lead hand role
- Strong skills in framing, general construction, and finishing
- Ability to lead a crew while staying hands-on
- Strong on-site problem-solving ability
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
