Fujiya (fujiya.ca) is a Japanese specialty foods business that has been in operation for nearly 50 years. Since opening the first store in Vancouver, we have grown to 4 locations in BC: Strathcona (Clark Drive), Downtown Vancouver, Richmond and Victoria.
As a Kitchen Helper at the Clark Drive location, you will help cook rice and do kitchen prep and some cooking. No previous professional cooking experience necessary - but knowledge about Japanese food would be helpful.
Hours
- Night Shift: 6:00PM - 12:00AM
- Part time (Saturday/Sunday/Monday OR Sunday/Monday)
Duties
- Preparing ingredients
- Making rice (some lifting required)
- Making bento boxes and/or donburi
- Other kitchen tasks as required
