Copper Sights & Spirits, the rooftop cocktail lounge at Andaz Ottawa ByWard Market, is looking for experienced bartenders to join our team.
We are a high-energy rooftop bar and lounge specializing in craft cocktails, premium spirits, wine, and elevated bar service. Our bartenders work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This role is ideal for bartenders with a passion for mixology, classic cocktails, wine knowledge, and hospitality. We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time bartenders.
Prepare and serve craft cocktails and classic cocktails with precision and consistency
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest service at a busy rooftop bar
Maintain an organized and clean bar while managing high-volume service
Assist with bar prep, inventory, garnishes, and opening/closing duties
Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and management
Minimum 3 years bartending experience in a cocktail bar, lounge, or restaurant
Strong knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, wine, and beer
Experience working in high-volume bar environments
Professional, energetic, and guest-focused personality
Smart Serve certification required
Evening and weekend availability
