Full-Time | Outside Sales
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Representative with proven expertise in commercial construction to join our team. This is a senior-level opportunity designed for a results-driven professional with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and cultivating high-value client relationships in the construction industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic new business acquisition and the stewardship of existing client accounts. Working within a collaborative team environment, you will apply your industry knowledge and sales expertise to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and advance company objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives and expand market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through professional networking, targeted outreach, and industry engagement
- Deliver polished presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and key decision-makers
- Negotiate and close contracts while maintaining the highest standard of client satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of accounts, providing exceptional service to ensure long-term retention
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional materials aligned with target market needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, lead management, and performance metrics using CRM software
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to uphold a sustained competitive advantage

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction (required)
- Proven track record in outside sales with consistent achievement of or above quota
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence at the executive and decision-maker level
- Strong B2B sales and business development background
- Experience in account management with measurable client retention and growth results
- Working knowledge of marketing principles as they apply to construction and technology-related sales
- Proficient in CRM platforms for pipeline management and performance analysis
- Highly developed analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
