The Business Development Lead for Beats and Accessories develops business strategies, incentive programs, and other resources to support our Canadian Sales organization in enabling meaningful attach at scale. This role will work closely with finance, operations, legal, and other organizations, as well as directly with Apple’s reseller partners.

In this role, you will be the strategic, analytical and implementation lead for business development initiatives across Apple-branded Accessories, and Beats by Dr. Dre. You will identify sales opportunities through detailed analysis and strategic insight, develop financial models to prove the business case for new initiatives, and prepare persuasive presentations to ensure support amongst internal team members and inspire external partners. You will also be responsible for building business processes and reporting on performance to ensure new critical initiatives are successfully implemented at scale.","responsibilities":"Lead the development of a pan-Canadian category growth strategy for Beats and Apple-branded Accessories - translating priorities into a channel plan that drives meaningful results.

Lead Canada's readiness for new product introductions, translating WW go-to-market strategies into retailer-specific ranging, timing, and positioning plans that land with precision across every channel.
Build scalable processes and performance reporting frameworks that give leadership clear visibility into initiative progress and business health.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in management/strategy consulting or related field
Experience in the retail, telecommunications, or consumer electronics industries
Strong financial acumen - comfortable building business cases, forecasts, and ROI analyses.
Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Legal/Contracts teams.
Experience using Generative AI, Excel, and Tableau.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or analytics roles
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience developing robust financial models
Advanced proficiency in Keynote and experience developing and presenting strategic concepts to senior leadership in a large-scale corporate environment
Proven track record of successfully managing complex, data-driven projects with multiple partners
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Resourcefulness and flexibility to thrive with limited direction in an ambiguous work environment
Natural curiosity to delve into the next levels of business questions and insights
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $122,300 and $183,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
