On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Process Automation Specialist - Cybersecurity Enablement for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Process Automation Specialist - Cybersecurity Enablement - Job Description:
As a Process Automation Specialist embedded within the Cybersecurity team, you will work directly alongside information security professionals to translate their operational workflows into repeatable, automated, and scalable processes. This role is part of a broader AI Adoption strategy that follows a structured Build Compose Enable maturity model.
Process Automation Specialist - Cybersecurity Enablement - Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cybersecurity specialists to understand their workflows and translate those into structured, repeatable automation designs
- Propose automation approaches and AI-assisted workflows using low-code, no-code, prompt engineering, and multi-agent design principles
- Identify recurring patterns across use cases and contribute to building reusable solution components
- Support the intake, assessment, and progression of AI and automation use cases
- Define solution parameters and coordinate with platform owners and technical teams
- Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements
Process Automation Specialist - Cybersecurity Enablement - Mandatory Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or another heavily regulated industry
- Ability to translate complex processes into repeatable, automated workflows
- Hands-on experience with low-code and no-code automation platforms
- Solid understanding of modern AI concepts including large language models and prompt engineering
- Experience in consulting or solution design capacity
- Experience identifying patterns across multiple use cases
Process Automation Specialist - Cybersecurity Enablement – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Exposure to cybersecurity, risk management, or information security environments
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure AI, or related tools
- Familiarity with broader enterprise automation platforms
- Experience working within structured AI adoption or digital transformation programs
