We’re currently looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Residential Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Burnaby. What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience from the very first interaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling pest control appointments and coordinating technician routes efficiently
- Assisting homeowners with service inquiries, quotes, and appointment bookings
- Managing customer records and service history using our CRM system (PestPac)
- Supporting incoming sales opportunities and helping convert leads into long-term clients
- Communicating with technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
- Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Providing administrative support to help keep our office running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicating by phone and email
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment
- Motivated by delivering excellent customer service
- Confident discussing services and identifying sales opportunities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experienced with CRM software (PestPac experience is an asset, but training will be provided)
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to commute to Burnaby, BC
- High school diploma preferred
