Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Coatings Installer
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Epoxy & Concrete Coatings Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with epoxy flooring applications, polished and sealed concrete, traffic coating applications and operating concrete grinding/polishing equipment in commercial and industrial environments.
Required Experience or Qualifications Required:
- Epoxy flooring systems
- Concrete grinding & polishing
- Sealed concrete
- Traffic coatings / parkades / waterproofing systems
- Crack repair & surface prep
- Operate floor grinders, shot blasters, vacuums, and related equipment
Responsibilities:
- Surface preparation and concrete repair
- Prepare surfaces to manufacturer specifications
- Operate grinders, polishers, and coating equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to lift heavy materials/equipment and work in physically demanding environments
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work sites
- Work independently or as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule
- Punctual, reliable, and dependable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Fall protection, fit testing, and other safety certifications are considered an asset
