We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Crew Supervisor to oversee and coordinate various landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in construction management, landscape Construction. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- effectively lead a landscape construction crew- providing training and development to crew members and providing quality workmanship
- Monitor job progress for efficient completion of project evaluating hours on site to estimate, seeking change orders for additional work
- Install a variety of landscape features including retaining walls, paver walkways and patios, concrete, planting of shrubs and trees
- Operate skid steers and various sizes of excavators
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and safe work site, truck, and trailer- conducting daily tailgate meetings in the morning with the crew
- Work on our snow removal team during the winter for year-round work
- Develop project schedules and budgets while monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to specifications.
Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience in construction management or a related field with a focus on landscaping projects.

5+ years of strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.

Knowledge of landscape construction practices, civil construction work.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project execution.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Can Operate Mini excavator,Skid steer and other type of equipment
