We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal/Receptionist to join our legal team. Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing legal documents.
- Assist with legal research and drafting of legal documents, memos, and correspondence with strong writing skills.
- Proofread legal materials for accuracy and clarity before submission.
- Support project management tasks related to ongoing cases or legal initiatives.
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain organized files both physically and electronically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Support lawyer with tasks such as document review, summarization, and preparation for filings or meetings.
- Perform clerical duties including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles with clerical experience preferred; familiarity with legal environments is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent proofreading, research, and writing skills necessary for accurate legal document preparation.
- Experience using management system for legal research is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of legal drafting, filing procedures, and project management tools preferred.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills required.
- Prior interviewing experience or familiarity with client interaction is advantageous.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
