Kinitics Automation is building a new class of motion control technology. Our proprietary Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) systems help industrial customers replace high-maintenance legacy actuation with simpler, more efficient, and more reliable alternatives across sectors like energy and aerospace.
We’re hiring a Product Manager to help translate breakthrough engineering into products customers adopt at scale. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, customers, and commercial strategy, and is ideal for someone who can understand technical complexity while staying focused on market needs and customer value.
Why this role mattersAs Kinitics grows, we need someone who can connect product decisions to customer outcomes. You’ll help shape what we build, why we build it, and how we bring it to market in a way that creates measurable value for customers.
What you’ll do

- Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements for engineering.
- Work with partners and customers in sectors such as energy and aerospace to understand use cases, constraints, and value drivers.
- Help define product positioning and communicate why Kinitics is a compelling alternative to traditional actuation systems.
What we’re looking for
- Background in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
- Experience in product management, product development, technical marketing, or a closely related role.
- Ability to communicate well with both technical teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong judgment, curiosity, and a bias toward solving hard problems in emerging technology environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with industrial products, hardware, energy systems, or aerospace.
- Exposure to commercialization in deep-tech or engineering-led companies.
Why Kinitics
